Hi,

this is normal since you've sent a workflow to be approved by another user.
if you have the rights, you can go into the history and see who has been assigned the WF?

you can reassign it to yourself and approve it.

Please check the history if the WF has ended.

If not please check if you are one of the approvers and have the rights.

Hi, can you share a screenshot of the workflow history? "View history", it should show what has been executed and help you understand why the status is Waiting.

Hi,

Generally, the options under Workflow depend also on the status of the line. F.e., when a timesheet (projects) is in draft, you cant post it, you have to submit it.

But in your case, what do you expect to see more?

sure i posted the screen shorts of the workflow history
i also run the batch job
and im the admin i have all rights
i develop this workflow for learning perpose for first time

Im sharing the SS of worfklow configuration,In workflow properties the owner of the workflow is not selecting.

Hi,

In case your workflow history stays activated, then the batch job for processing workflow messages is not running. Please check your batch jobs if the batch job for workflow message processing is available, in a waiting state, and has a recent last run date.

If the job is not available, there is a workflow configuration wizard that can create the batch for you. In case the batch job is in the withhold state, set it to Waiting. In case the batch job is executing, check the date/time. If this is more than 10 minutes the job got probably stuck and you can try to cancel and reset the status to waiting.
