Omnichannel User Presence Status stuck at 57% while loading

Hi I have wanted to use the Omnichannel for Customer Service However the User presence status is stuck at 57% while loading as I have disabled the two way authentication but still it give an error

    Hi Ashar,

    If you get any of the errors listed below, check if Security Defaults is turned on. If it is turned on, the agent should have the right authentication set up. Alternatively, Security Defaults can be switched off if it is not required.
