I've read up on the following Account base marketing in the Customer Engagement documentation. Very neat and can't wait to get started once we bring in our existing data!
However in a our discussion we were curious about the account level email address field below:
Questions:
- Can the email field be targeted with Dynamics 365 for Marketing? Campaigns/Quick Campaigns? I'm leaning towards no.
- Can the account level email contact preferences be managed with a subscription center or is it strictly manual? Also leaning towards no.
