Bill of Entry (India Localisation) transferring details from customized form

Hello everyone,

I have a customized form in that i have the consignment details which is multiple PO's attached with the single consignment, now im trying to call the purchEditLine form which is Bill of Entry form under custom tab in the front end, i need to filter the PO's based on the consignment in the purcheditLine form. where exactly i need to customize this.

i already wrote the code on purchFormLetter/mainonserver class to capture the caller record. i got struct here, please help.
