Limiting excel to export data

Hi, 

I need users to be able to read records they don't own but not to export them.

Is there any way to achieve this?
Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Shivii,

    Export to Excel can either be turned-on or turned-off under security role for all the records users have read access. We cannot restrict to export only the records owned by the users.
