Extend the tables whose module is not accesible

Hi All,
Hope all are doing well !!!
We are trying to extend an ISV module table for Dataverse long term retaintion job.
We have a module "K3 Business Planning" and these module is provided by an external vendor. While doing the longterm retaintion job, we got to know that we must extend these tables for the related history tables to push the records from original to history table.

If any one has faced this kind of situation, kindly suggest us how we can resolve this.
