Would like help on troubleshooting with issues regarding importing excel sheet data into the customer entity

     Hi Paertner,

    In general, there are several common errors that cause the import to fail.

    1. Check that the imported file is in the correct type.
    2. check you are putting correct value in column of excel.

    Maybe you can try to use template to import data. (Settings > Data Management > Template for data Import)

    1. Check that your table has the Duplicate columns. if have, delete it.
    2. For checking the status of the import, go to Settings > Data Management > Imports, then double click on file, and select failures for showing all failures records, then go to Source Row to find the failure reason.
