Different registration IDs for VAT declaration (Germany) and EU sales list reporting

In Germany we have two different VAT numbers for the reporting of
 
- VAT declaration  (tax number)
- EU sales list reporting (VAT ID)
 
 
In D365FO the configuration both are based on a registration ID with the registration category /VAT ID/.
How can I do the setup for both VAT numbers?
In previous versions of the VAT declaration the necessary registration category was /Enterprise ID COID/.

    Unfortunately I cannot find information what is the purpose of "Registration ID" and "Registration types".
    Can you help me?
