I understand a paused survey can be continued by the customer within 28 days (link below), but it is possible to determine the progress of incomplete surveys?

For example, if we sent 100 survey invitation and got back say 30 responses, we would love to know how many questions was attempted on the 70 responses that we didn't get back. Perhaps some people got stuck/didn't want to answer a particular question, and quit at certain point. It would be great to obtain such insight if possible.
I believe incomplete/paused surveys are not stored in Dataverse or Customer Voice, so there is no table we can query. Where does this partially completed surveys stored (local browser)?
