Is there a way to run the 941 for one month only? The Federal wages on my 941 prep report and my payroll summary don't match and I'm trying to track down what month the error occurred.

The numbers used for Federal Wages on the 941 come from the UPR00900 table. That table is summarized by month. You can compare the amounts in that table to the amouonts in the UPR30301.
