I am trying to export the contacts and Products data from Production to QA but its not getting importing into Production and its neither throwing any error.
Hi Raki,
Please confirm the following point.
1.Are the versions of two environments the same?
2.Check the data file formats, you could refer to this article for more details.

3.Check the data formats in your file.

Try changing the format from xlsx to csv/xml and see if that works.

If I understand your question correctly, you are trying to export product and contacts from Production and trying to import them into QA. For importing data related to Product you need to use Configuration Migration Tool as you might get issues if you import product data alone. Please refer this link docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-product-catalog-configuration.
