create auto spam clone customer

in my CRM automatically create clone spam customer, but i don't want to create, this spam just have a name and other fields is empty, i checked workflow that's ok.

plz help me.

Which version of CRM are you using?

Also, Its cloning the same customer or all of them in the list.

Do you have any IoT scripts / commands running for the accounts? (since you mentioned connected field service as one of the topics)
