Why is mrp generating deleted production orders?

In Requisition Worksheets mrp suggest to purchase some item from deleted producion order.
When we check Item Availability by Event system show some manufacturing orders that dont exist in Production orders
How to solve this problem?
Does anyone have this situation?

    Where is documents on marked lines and why are they created if we didn't create them?
