Getting this error in a cloud hosted DEV environment when trying to run any reports. At least one security token in the message could not be validated
 
I have rotated the secrets for the environment from LCS, with no luck. 
 
I cant see anything in the event viewer that might provide some insight into the issue.

    I have some questions. Can you answer these? Then we have an idea about your current situation.
    Is this a new CHE or an existing one? Did it work before in this environment? Was something changed? Is the reporting services running on this VM?

    I haven't encountered such error myself but this seems to be cause by the default spn configuration which can be changed from the web.config file.
