Hi,

On Case there is sub-grid Similar Cases, but looks like searching of Similar Cases doesn't work.

I found the article that this feature is only for US region published in 2017: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/admin/public-preview-suggest-similar-cases-for-a-case

Does anyone know is it available in Europe?

If yes, how does this search functionality work? Do I need to configure something additionally?

Hi Jelena Ustinova,

The suggest similar cases for a case feature is currently only available for instances in the United States region. Microsoft have not announced availability for this feature in Europe.

This article explains everything you need to begin using this feature, but keep in mind that this is a preview feature.
