How can I update the Priority & Due Date fields for a Teams chat Activity Type?

Hi all,

Teams chat is enabled and is automatically being added to my list of Open Activities. However, the Priority is defaulted to 'Normal' with Start and Due dates as blank.
I want to change the Priority to High and also change the Due Date, but I don't see any option to do so.

Has anybody else encountered this?

Cheers,
Dom.

    Hi,

You can find the Teams Chat table in Power Apps to edit existing records.

    Hi Dengliang,

    Thanks for your response.

That's a backend mechanism to update the table manually.
I'm looking for something front-end that the user can update as soon as the record is added to the activities list.

For e.g., I can easily update it from the front-end for an 'Email' or 'Task' Activity Type.

    Cheers,
    Dom.

    Hi,

You can add the Power Apps grid control to the Activity Table to make it possible to edit the activity record directly on the front-end.

    Thanks Denliang.

I've got that working in the Activities view. However, my requirement is to make it work on the 'Open Activities' view on a Dashboard within the Customer Service workspace. This doesn't work.

    Hi,

You can add the Powe Apps grid control for the My Open Activities component in the Customer Service Agent dashboard.

This will allow you to edit it.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
