How do I customise the Analytics page in Dynamics for Talent?

When I log into Dynamics for Talent and go to the "Employee Development" module, I'm greeted by what looks like a PowerBI board in the Analytics tab;

I have my own reporting that I'd like to view in this tab, including my own powerBI dashboards that may use a combination of data from Talent and other sources. However, I can't seem to find anywhere to customise what is displayed here.

How can I access / change the dashboard / report that is seen in this tab?

Direct customisation of the Analytics page in Dynamics for Talent is not possible.
