I have a marketing form that is hosted and i was entering all the data. Initially i could see all the submissions but now after filling the form I cant see any new submissions. The submission is successful but can view it in the submission tab
This may be due to the form matching policy. For example, a contact-match strategy is based on email addresses only. If the email address in the submitted data is the same as an existing contact's email address, the submission will be used to update that contact, the new contacts will not be created and therefore new submission records will not be seen.
