Card page caption not showing unless refreshed

For pages like Purchase Order when a new order is created and a field is clicked or if we click tab the page is refreshed and caption is shown in the header. However for customized pages, the caption is only shown when the page is manually refreshed.

You need to write a currpage.update on a specific trigger when you are creating a new order.

Have tried both RefreshOnActivate and currpage.update. But still not working.

Have you tried to set the DataCaptionFields property on your table or page? It should automatically show when you set it in the property..
