Dynamics 365 for Retail | Debugging and Running Cloud POS from Retail SDK

Hi,

While running the CPOS from Retail SDK, everytime I have to reset the cache so that changes done in the SDK should reflect in CPOS. Otherwise, If i do not reset the cache then it also does not reflects the changes done in the SDK and also It does not allows me to debug the code.

Is there anyone who has came across the same issue ? What is the solution for the same ? Resetting the cache will be a huge effort to develop or customize anything on CPOS.

    Hi Neeraj,

    For any code changes in views(both html,typescript) you must clear the browser cache in order to reflect the changes and debug the changes.Other than view changes you don't have  to reset.Example ViewModel,CRT,Retail server changes you don't have to reset the cache.

    Hi,

    It is not allowing me to create a duplicate question in the different forum. I think it has some intelligence pertaining to the text or type of question. Anyhow I will try the same once again and will use the Enterprise Edition forum for further queries.
