Configuring Assistant (Standard) for users.

Hi,

I'm trying to configure Assistant (Standard) Insight Cards.

I've made sure the card is 'On' (Phone call due today).  Given the user what I believe are the correct role permissions but no Assistant card showing??

The owner of the record is Christopher Clark.  Chris Clark relates to my admin account.  Which if viewed from that accounts work, which I would expect as being admin....

What have I missed???

    Hi Rudy,

Thank you for your reply and explanation.

I'll look more into the Security Roles.

Currently only using the Standard, Out of the Box Insight cards

    Regards

    Chris Clark

    Hi,

Our team has tried to reproduce your actions, including but not limited to creating a business unit, creating a team, assigning team security roles, etc., but was unable to reproduce your error.

During our testing we also found the following (these are based on Phone call due today cards)
    • Phone calls that have expired are not displayed, only calls that have not expired yet.
    • Phone calls created with another user, whether expired or not, are not shown on the current user's card.

Our team thinks this is normal because the description of the card is specific to the current user's phone.

Additionally, if the call activity was created by you and has not expired, but still does not show up, then you can try checking the settings of the card to see if the card has been turned off for security roles, as described in the official Microsoft documentation at the following link.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
