Outlook synchronize problem on NAV2013 R2

Hi there,

I tried to setup contact synchronize with NAV and outlook for my client.

They are using Navision users and setup SSL certification in the system already.

The connection woks fine when we open the service path from the web, however we always got an SSL problem when connecting from outlook

 

 

I’d tried windows authorization to it, it work good.

Does anyone know what I missed on the setup?

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thanks for your answer, Do you mean the SSL I setup have to be issued by a trusted CA?

    since the web service connection works fine if I access from Web directly

    hi,

    when using SSL it seems that the used certificate is not valid.
