I host a D365 Marketing form on a website, not too sure or as a script or iframe (need to ask the dev). Anyway, we've managed to do some custom styling to the form, so it matches our website design.
Everything looks ok, except for the success/error notification after a form submit, because we're unable to find where's the code for the notification located.
Does anyone know where's the HTML code for success/error notification located or how to possibly stylize it, so it doesn't look ugly as default?
Redirect's are out of the question if anybody thinks of suggesting, just FYI.
As Nya mentioned, you can change the text and the image (Success image URL) on the form page only.
There is no easy access to the underlying styling code.
If you have an experienced developer he may analyzes the form-loader script and rewrites or modifies it according to your needs.
With the script you should have access to the reload button and the basic styling.
Hi Nya,
"The HTML cannot be edited." Do you know if this is coming in the future? We don't want the reload button showing in the confirmation.
Hi,
The Success notification / Error message can be modified in the Form page of the form.
But you can modify the text only.
The HTML cannot be edited.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
