Hello team,
I tried to access share point site properties from the plug-in . I did successfully with on-premises environments but this one between online environments. initially built the console app and its working fine, but plug-in is failing and most of the posts suggesting “Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.dll” and “Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.Runtime.dll will not work with online. any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated. Thank You.

Some assemblies won't work in sandbox even you will merge it into one and register. There are 2 approaches in order to resolve your issue:
1. Rewrite your code to use Rest API instead of Sharepoint client assemblies.
2. Move your code to Azure Function.
