Hi
I Need to send an email notification to the Partner
when an work order is cancelled i need to send an email notification to Partner. How can i add the email here. it should not be dyanmic
Hello,
From the ownerid field of the Work Order get the guid of the owner.
Use the "Get Record" step to retrieve an email from the owner and use it in your "Send an email" step.

Use "Get a row by ID" to get owner email id from user table.
Use "Send an Email" to get Primary Email from User table.I hope this response to your question will be helpful.
