Removing Extension Mistake using Visual Studio

The NumberSeqModule.ApplicationPlatform extension below is a mistake. How can this be removed?

    Hi Rodney,

    If this is a development environment, you can open an existing or create a new project. If the extension is not in the project, you can add (drag/drop) it to the project and then delete the object from the project.
