I have a question on parts limits for customer contracts. We have a $3k parts limit on our field service contracts. Is the way to set up a notification when this is reached and generate a PO for the amount in surplus for that servcie intervention. One the year is completed the limit will reset back to $3k.

Please try to achieve your request with a Flow if you’re familiar with Power Automate.
When the record is updated and the data reaches the limit value, push a notification and generate the PO you want.
