Teams Collaboration and Quote Revisions

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with our Dynamics 365 Sales instance and the Teams collaboration feature. Basically, this works fine until we revise a quote.

We have our Account linked to the General channel within a Team via the Collaboration button in D365 Sales. We then have the subsequent Opportunity linked to a new channel within the same Team.

If I create an original quote within the Opportunity, Revision ID 0 as shown, and I go to Related>Documents I can see the connection to the Teams Team and Channel in the top left and I can see the pdf of the quote within the files on Teams.

When I revise the quote using the Revise icon, the quote is now Revision ID 1 as shown, but under Related>Documents I can no longer see the link to Teams but instead Dynamics is looking at the underlying SharePoint location. I know I do not have access to this, but our GA has tried the same and cannot see Teams either.

I don't understand why the new quote would look at a different location and I cannot find a way to point it back to the Teams channel which the overall Opportunity is linked to.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before and found a fix or workaround?

Many thanks

Chris
