Hi!
I love the feature to send mails from the CRM and its feature to see openings etc.. However since I removed to CRM tag, replys to my initial mail won t be tracked back to its origin...
Is there a solution to track mails without the CRM tag in the subject line?

Hi partner,
Go to System Settings, under Email tab, enable Use correlation to track email conversations.
Go to Personalizations Settings, under Email tab, select Track to Email messages in response to Dynamics 365 email.
In this way, although emails do not have CRM tags, when you track an email, all previous emails in its conversation series will be tracked.
Please click Yes under "Did this answer your question?" to close this thread.
