HI everyone..

I am creating different document types in AX2012. Each document type is storing in specific active directory folder. Can i restrict a specific document type to a specific user role only. is there any permission relating to document type?

    Hi,

    You can achieve it by creating security policies (XDS). These can be related to roles.
