Hi,
I wonder if anyone has tried Github sample for Powerapps please? I am using one of the sample therefore getting error when trying to authenticate to Dynamics 365. I have posted the error details on the link below..

"The remote server returned an error(401) . Unauthorised"
Any idea what is wrong here?

The code is valid. According to the message you posted you haven't provided the valid connection string. Can you please provide the connection string you used?
Check if you are providing correct Username, Password & CRM URL.
This is the connection string

Also added below the debugging step after the prompt for password and the second factor authentication (code)
