Log entrie -Worksheet

Posted on by 195

Good morning   , I was  checking the log entrie of worksheet .And according to the log for the posting date  transaction .

I have one with the username and  one week  later  I just have the date  instead of the name of the user.\

Both are under the column new value.

Could you tell me how come  I dont have the username for both transaction  ?

And if it there away to retrieve the owner of that second transaction ?

Regard Rodd

    Hi Rodd,

Attach the complete screenshot of the Change Log Entries.

Have you changed any setup recently? Also check if any filter applied ?

are there flowfields in the table that are being updated by transactions (not by users per se)?

If you set up the log to protocol all the fields in the table (not just one field), then it should contain all the fields of the record. The log displays the fields of the record in lines: each line of the log contains one field. Therefore, for one transaction there should be several lines of the log - one for the date and another for user.

    I have the date .

Is there a way to find the name or userid of that person that execute the transaction[quote user="Alexander Ermakov"]

Do you have the date instead of the expected name? Can you post a screenshot with those lines of the log?
