How to debug UAT environment from my dev machine?

Hi,

1. I went to LCS and looked for the UAT environment

2. I clicked enable -- Maintain access

3. I added my VM (dev machine) ip address

4. i requested access from LCS and i can see this now

Now what should i do next?

    Hello,

    There can be two way to do that,

    1. Take a UAT Db and import in your DEV box and debug there

    2. Update web.config file of DEV box to change the DB pointing from DEV to UAT, by this way your DEV box will be connected to UAT DB and you can debug there.

    Debug a copy of the production database

    You need to point your environment to sandbox database. You can check the link in learn.microsoft.com/.../dbmovement-scenario-debugdiag
