I created a product and tested the production process and didn't have any issues. Then I configured a quality control process and mapped it to this product so that the system automatically creates a quality orders after report as finished. At that moment I had this error :
Problem solved:
Root cause : unexisting number sequence for quality orders.
Solution : create number sequence for the quality orders.
PS : I figured this out when I tried to process a production order with quarantine management active (w/o quality orders). When reporting as finished I got an error saying that the system could'nt complete the operation because no number sequence was found for quanrantine orders so it aborts all the process. The only difference is that the error message is clear this time.
