Hi all,I have been trying to join the crossCompany using keyword "CrossCompany" but its not working as its only joining the same DataAreaID records. Is there a way I can prevent that? how to get rid of DataAreaID from queries in d365.Thanks in advance.
Ax automatically adds the dateAreaId in Joins

Thanks for the reply ergun sahin
Yes AX does this but I don't want this behavior.
I have looked into the links you have provided but those solutions does not seem to work.
The examples may not work, after all ax doesn't want it to work that way. The examples are focused on fooling ax.
I can't think of a definitive solution right now, but there are a few things you can try.
You could try using CrossCompany without specifying the companies and limiting manual with "!=" in the the where clouse.
You can make a third table (savePerCompnay=No), fill it with records and use it as a join between the two tables.
There seems to be a much simpler solution that I forgot, but I can't remember right now.
