Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Adding Tracking Number to HISTORICAL Invoice so that it will print also. (I was able to add to regular invoice and it prints, but not able to get the HISTORICAL to print) Am I missing a step because it is HISTORICAL?

Adding Tracking Number to HISTORICAL Invoice so that it will print also.  (I was able to add to regular invoice in Report Writer and then copy it into Report Template Maintenance and it prints, but not able to get the HISTORICAL to print)  Am I missing a step because it is HISTORICAL?

    Also, it won't show the Tracking number on the Standard Historical Invoice either.

    To get the tracking number to print, you need to change where you pull the SOPTYPE and the SOPNUMBE. In Historical invoice, your calculated field must look in the SOP_HDR_HIST and the SOP_LINE_HIST. The unposted version comes from the SOP_HDR_WORK and the SOP_LINE_WORK.  The easiest way to do this is to take your Blank Invoice package file, change the top line to match the top line of the Blank History Invoice package file and then do a search and replace on the two tables mentioned previously. When you import your doctored package file, your history invoice will look just like your work invoice.
