We have setup integration between business central and Microsoft dynamic sales CRM. In integration between CRM account to customer creating multiple customer record in business central.
I have attached screen shot of customer record and job queue parameter setting.
Thanks in advance. please explain what is reason and stop creating multiple record.

This is an issue and should not happen. Does this issue also happen in a Sandbox CRM together with a Sandbox BC (or unmodified CRONUS company)?
Looks like there is partner customization in place. Please ask your partner to assist.
