My Question is that why Voice Moudle in contact center in not available in pakistan?

    The Voice channel in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Contact Center) is not available in Pakistan due to:
     
    1. Microsoft relies on Azure Communication Services (ACS) for voice infrastructure.
    2. ACS telephony services (PSTN) are not yet supported or licensed for Pakistan due to:
    • Local telecom regulatory restrictions.
    • Lack of PSTN carrier partnerships in the region.
    • Compliance and data residency constraints.
