I have imported PowerXRM Email Marketing Add-On  in my Dynamics 365 to send bulk emails from MailChimp,

But I want to see the Unsubscribed, Bounced, mail status of individual contacts within CRM. Anyone have idea please let me know

    You need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Mailchimp integration solution to help you do a two-way sync of data between the two platforms.

    Marketing4Dynamics, a Microsoft AppSource preferred app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Mailchimp integration, can enable syncing of Mailchimp campaigns and members’ activities (Open, Sent, Click, Unsubscribed, and Bounced) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

    KPIs from various Mailchimp campaigns will be seamlessly synced within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This will prove helpful in planning and executing future sales strategies.

    Hi NareshBabu,


    Please refer the below OOB connector :-

    It will return you an array you need to loop through the it and Based on the Member ID on contact record you can link Contact with the Campaign. 

    Also you can create you own http request by referring the Mailchimp API request.
