Customer maintenance window look different for one of the user and is not extracting the data too

This is the window that everyone has in the company, but suddenly for one of my users, the customer maintenance window is different and is not fetching the existing data properly and neither letting him add a new customer.

This is what his window looks like, How to fix this? I tried changing user preferences but had no luck. Please help me fix this problem.

Hi Smehra-

Thank you for your post.

It seems that there may be a corrupt forms.dic file causing this issue.

I'd suggest re-creating this using How to re-create the Forms.dic file in Microsoft Dynamics GP

Thank You Nicole. I tried the above solution but nothing changed. And this problem is only with one user. She is getting a Globe at the top and Others have a traffic light. Moreover, she is not able to update or fetch the records from this window. Every time she tries to update it's giving her an error that "All required fields are not filled, which appears in Bold". It would be great if you could help me. Thank you in advance

You have a third-party customer maintenance screen. Either you have not loaded this code onto this person's computer or you have prohibited the use of this alternate form. Check under Tools->Setup->System->Alternate Forms and Report.

And I didn't get the code loaded thing, As per my belief, we don't have to upload any code for having the window. Because other users have this bydefault

Go a little further. Look at what is defined for this third-party product. Using the GP version or the third-party version.

Does this issue follow the user ID or is it machine specific?

you said the security for Alternate Forms & Report is set to DEFAULTUSER profile.. but is there another profile ? is that the same for every user in GP ?

Where is the user running GP from ? does it have a local installed GP client or is everyone using the same GP client and the same FORMS.DIC file ?

The screenshots above clearly are not default GP forms for Customer Maintenance (see below).
