This is the window that everyone has in the company, but suddenly for one of my users, the customer maintenance window is different and is not fetching the existing data properly and neither letting him add a new customer.
This is what his window looks like, How to fix this? I tried changing user preferences but had no luck. Please help me fix this problem.

I'm hoping someone can assist me as well? I'm having a similar issue with a Transfer Entry screen, it is a customized screen, and the user is new (since we upgraded to GP 2018) The other staff were here and working on these shared workstations prior when we were on GP 2015. This new user has the same Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports setting, as default user. When this new user chooses the Document type of Dept Trsfs she gets a message saying 'You dont have access to this Document type.'
Thank You everyone for the help and guidance. The problem is solved and you guys were right it was a third-party customization for the window and the user was not added for that product. Thank you once again for your time :)
Can you send a screenshot of Tools->Setup->System->Alternate Forms and Reports?
One for Microsoft Dynamics and the other for whatever third-party product you use that has an alternate customer maintenance screen.
Somehow this user is set differently than others.

you said the security for Alternate Forms & Report is set to DEFAULTUSER profile.. but is there another profile ? is that the same for every user in GP ?
Where is the user running GP from ? does it have a local installed GP client or is everyone using the same GP client and the same FORMS.DIC file ?
The screenshots above clearly are not default GP forms for Customer Maintenance (see below).
Go a little further. Look at what is defined for this third-party product. Using the GP version or the third-party version.
Does this issue follow the user ID or is it machine specific?
