Azure AD B2C Call Change Password Flow from D365 Portal

I have a change password flow in AD B2C that is integrated with a D365 Portal.

I would like to add a "change password" button to my Portal that opens up the page this flow calls.

Is this something that is supported or possible to do between the two platforms?
