Intelli Cloud Error

After setup was completed, companies to sync was marked.

all Lights where green

Then when comming to the sync, its syncs, the names of the companies, and after that

I get this error message, and it stops.

    Their was also a table sync issue so got a fix form Arvind. That rest the on prim database.

    Hi Stefano, its the update that did the job.

    So right now, working on changning fra my test on prim to production on-prim, seems this a problem, as now the Intelli Cloud manger is grey

    so you disable the previous conection, and all over again

    Arvind at MS, help me out, you need too upgra to BC on-prim before making Intelligent Cloud migration.

    Are you synching an on-premise db without customizations or with customizations? If you have customizations, are all extensions-based?
