I want to allow people at the top hierarchy level to view, edit, update, and delete each other's records. For example, I have two levels: Advisory Manager and Advisory User. I want people in the Advisory Manager role to view, edit, update, and delete each other's records, as well as those of Advisory Users. How is this possible?

Hello Dynamic 12345688,

Yes, it is possible via a custom security role where, view, edit, update, and delete are allowed at the Organization level for the record set (type of record/table/entity)
