Please advice

We are trying to post customer payment via batch job, same date posting working but when we try for last 3 days payment that time not working. I think something wrong in Filter criteria, Please find attached file for filter screen share , Please let me know, how we can post last 3 days customer payment via batch job.

Hi,

Are you using 'daily' general ledger journals to post your customer payments?

Does that selection match your journal name CUSPAY, i.e. is the CUSPAY journal a daily ledger journal?

Yes this is daily journal and yes we are using this for customer payment posting .thanks

Hi,

The ledger journal lines is an extension to the standard query.

Can't you remove that criteria?

I don't think that it makes sense because you cannot post single lines that are part of a journal.

You either post the journal as a whole or nothing.
