We have a user that is having an issue opening an outlook attachment in Dynamics AX 2012. When the user opens a document that has attachments, highlights the
one they want to open and clicks open it takes at least a few minutes to open. these are email attachments they are trying to open. When I log into the same PC with my account I have no problem opening the attachments. The user can log onto another PC and have no issues. It seems that there are a couple PC's that work and a couple that don't. I have tried to completely remove / reinstall Dynamics and office (2016). Add and remove account, remove updates and about everything else you can think of. Does anyone have a fix for this? Let me know if you need more info
