Hi,

Is there a way to know that where all a ledger account has been mapped ? Say example for a ledger account 3020300 ... which posting profile/es has it been mapped to ?

Is it possible to see in back end ? if not available in front end ?

    Hi Dhruv Singhvi,

    You mean in which of the various posting profiles a ledger account is included, right?

    In earlier AX versions there was an option available that illustrated this but in AX2012 there is nothing similar available and you would have to check it manually. (Note: I would not suggest making an adjustment for that as you probably do not need that regularly).

    Hi Dhruv Singhvi,

    I would suggest that you check that manually because honestly, how often do you need this check? If everything is setup properly the setup of the posting profiles should hardly change and I would not suggest writing a query or Report. If you have the necessary access rights you can - as Crispin suggested - take a look at the AX tables. Yet, this might not be much faster than checking the stuf manually.
