Images are suddenly not showing in Document Template (Word)

Hi Experts,

Need a Quick Response as it is on Production.

I am using Document Template where I used Notes entity .

I Upload the Template to pull out fields like Filename,document body, Isdocument etc .

But Recently the Images in notes are not showing when I check document body as Plain Text Content rather than Picture . Then I find out that Document body get null that why it is not showing. But why it is not working now. It works around 8-9 days before. Now Stop working suddenly .

I'm using Dynamics Customer Engagement Online Version 1710 (9.1.0.9835) online 2019 release wave 2 enabled.
