"Tax Liable" for Ship-To Addresses

Hi:

Other than through using an add-on or conducting a customization, is there a means of having the "Tax Liable" toggle default to Yes on any newly created Customer Ship-To Address?

Hi,

Customization will be required for this

You can add a subscriber to the event when a new ship-to address is created. Tax liable will be enabled automatically,

Refer to the screenshot below.

I get squiggly lines in the EventSubcriber line saying that I need to double quote things and a message from Visual Studio Code saying that it needs the server name. It's not on-prem.

What am I doing wrong, on all of this?

Out of box, BC doesn't force the tax liable link with ship to address, but there is 3rd party app that does this. Or achieve through extension as suggested.
