Microsoft Account association

We are trying to download NAV Dynamics 2015 (Latest version we assume) from the Microsoft Portal and keep being denied access. When we associate the account we use as an MSDN member we don't seem to be able to get any further forward as the request to associate a Microsoft account keeps re-occuring. Are we OK using our MSDN subscriber account for this purpose.

Hi Robert,

The earlier suggestion from Miguel Llorca is valid if you have already licensed Dynamics NAV. The CustomerSource site is just for customers, and I am 99% sure you won't find Dynamics NAV on MSDN.

If you have not done that yet and are looking to try or research Dynamics NAV the way forward is to contact a Dynamics NAV Partner. My company is Cambridge Online Systems and we run NAV projects for customers all over the UK - I will be happy to help.

You should associate your account to VOICE (in your case, "Customer Source"). Your partner can send you an invitation. With your MSDN subscription you will not have access to cumulative updates.
