Customer Voice Resolved Case Power Automate Template

Does anyone know if the Send a survey when a case is resolved in Dynamics 365  Power Automate template (as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/send-survey-flow) has been deprecated?
 
I've checked three different environments and none have any of the Power Automate templates, which leads me to believe that they're no longer available.

    The last time I had to create something similar I did it from scratch, because when I tried to use this template it was using deprecated connectors.
